Agendify organizes all your inboxes in one place — then helps you empty them fast.
Instead of an endless stream of emails, you’ll have everything organized into action items, to-do tasks, future reading, and trash. Receipts are easily filed away with amounts recorded and categorized: all ready for tax time.
Agendify is a free WordPress plugin that can be downloaded from the WordPress.org site (link will go here when ready).
After activating the plugin on your site, you will need to add your email inboxes, just as you would for any email app. You will need:
- Server name
- Mailbox name
- Password
You can label each mailbox so it is easy to track where your emails came from.
Sorting Your Emails
Next, you’ll want to sort through all your emails and get your Inbox to zero. Try the sort Inbox feature first, then if you have time, try sorting your Tasks. Each of these is self-explanatory, or you can get more directions here.
